The primary purpose of a Register Booster Fan is to address temperature imbalances within a building. In some cases, certain rooms may be warmer or cooler than others due to factors such as the distance from the HVAC unit, the layout of the ductwork, or obstacles hindering the airflow. The booster fan helps to mitigate these issues by accelerating the movement of air, ensuring a more even distribution of conditioned air throughout the space.

How to better set the booster fan?

In Summer

If your air conditioning temperature is set to 75°F and the cold mode of the vent booster is turned on, we recommend set the booster temperature to 70°F.

Allow the difference between the booster temperature setting and your air conditioning temperature to be around 5℉ will allow for better operation.

In Winter

If your heat system temperature is set to 75°F and the heating mode of the vent booster is turned on, we recommend set the booster temperature to 80°F.

Allow the difference between the booster temperature setting and your air conditioning temperature to be around 5℉ will allow for better operation

Simple to Install

I needed this for my children's poorly ventilated bedrooms because the present heat wave made the circumstances there unpleasant. It was quite simple to set up, and their rooms are now the appropriate temperature. This booster isn't particularly loud—more on the quiet side.The back is shielded, and the frame is made of aluminum. The airflow is improved by drawing air through the ducts rather than producing cold or hot air. The fan controls the temperature that allows the booster to turn on. If there is a 5°F difference between the booster temperature setting and the temperature of your air conditioner, it will be easier for it to function.This is well-made, long-lasting, and performs as intended. I also appreciate how reasonably priced it is so that it does not empty my pocketbook. This makes my children's rooms much more comfortable to be in.

Helped Cool a Small Unairconditioned Room!

We needed to cool a tiny storage/sewing room that had no A/C duct. Window A/C was overkill and too costly to extend the central A/C ductwork. We instead cut the wall paneling at the top both inside the tiny room and opposite to our dining room area (other side of wall). Installed this unit to draw in the much cooler dining area's air into the sewing room and it's perfect. The register booster is fully adjustable and is very quiet on medium fan setting. Uses very little power. Perfect for our now comfortable sewing room. 5 stars.

Greaaat love it

I got this for my daughter an it really works amazingly, she can put it on fan an it really keeps her room cool, her room is always hot bc she has to keep the door shut all the time it's really cool with the air conditioner on an u can set different levels, I'm telling you it's worth the money for us. Love it
